1. The core part of the filter is the filter element, which is composed of a filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable part and requires special protection;
2. After the filter has been working for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities settle in the filter core. At this time, the pressure will increase and the flow rate will decrease. It is necessary to promptly remove impurities from the filter core;
3. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to ensure that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter is installed again, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments will be damaged;
4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, replace the primary filter regularly (usually 1-3 months);
2. Regularly (usually every two months) use a dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the area where this product is used for purification. When the measured cleanliness does not meet the required cleanliness, the cause should be identified (whether there is leakage, whether there is a failure at the end, etc.). If the end filter has failed, the end air filter should be replaced;
3. When replacing the primary filter, the machine should be stopped.
The initial pressure difference of the G4 primary filter is between 50-150Pa, reflecting the resistance of air passing through the filter. During use, the filter will gradually become clogged, leading to increased resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check and replace the filter to ensure that its initial pressure difference is within the appropriate range.
